When I was writing the book "Alphabet Treats" I floated a few copies to folks to get feedback for the final edition. My mothers sister Virginia gave me some good ideas, and during our conversation asked me if I had ever heard of the concept of "quintessence". I mentioned that I had heard of the word but didn't really have a good idea of what it meant. Well, we looked it up in the dictionary and found it to be quite interesting, and Virginia said I should use it for the "Q" Spiritual Mind Treatment. So use it I did, and here it is below, and I have her to thank for it.
As with all affirmative thinking, center your attention and mind/body experience as you read the words. Feel the essence and strength of the Universal permeate your entire being.

I pause and rest assured that God is with Me now.
Behind every particle of My Being, God is.

I have sought Unity in and of God, have Found It, and Am Centered in It.
Quintessence directly from God – That is Me. And I Understand that to the degree that I express My God Given Quintessential Nature and Act within It’s Providence, the entire Universe is in Greater Purity to that measure.
So right now I Think, Feel, Act and Live from this Point of Purity, this Crystal Clear Quality of Quintessence, and every Good Desire that God has Intended to be fulfilled through Me has taken root and is already Blossoming, Benefiting not only Myself but every Soul that is touched by the extension of God’s Gifts through Me. This Knowledge brings Me Power. It is the Power of God through Me. I let go and let God Be. I Am Quintessential Light, Love, Harmony, Joy & Strength.
